OTIP’s Early Intervention program is a union supported service that provides confidential and valuable assistance to members during the early
stages of a medically-related work absence.

Starling Minds is a confidential, self-guided digital program that helps to identify the thoughts and feelings of stress, anxiety, or depression. It helps to build the knowledge, skills and tools needed to better manage personal mental health through checkups, exercises, educational videos, guided training sessions, and a peer community.

Lifeworks is now Telus Health but Members will still continue to have access to the same services, functionalities and professionals as before!

Contact Telus Health to access up to 12 hours of counselling for each school year.  Members can also access online support to book service or for immediate clinical consultation, and receive access to informative resources, assessments, toolkits and the CareNow program for specialized self health resources for anxiety, depression and stress.
