Lifeworks is now TELUS Health!

What does this mean?

  • Members will continue to have access to the same services, functionalities, and professionals as before.
  • New URLs and QR codes will be available to access the EAP platform. The links and codes members have been using will continue to work and will automatically redirect to the rebranded platform.
  • The phone numbers, app, web platform, username, and password used to access OTIP’s EAP will all remain the same.
  • Members will start to see the TELUS Health name and brand in communications.

What has changed?

 The LifeWorks EAP app and platform has been renamed TELUS Health One.

  • The platform branding (name, logo, colours, app icon, etc) has switched to that of TELUS Health.
  • A new URL to access the platform is available.
  • Phone calls will now be answered as TELUS Health.
  • Services (video calls, in-person meetings, etc.) will now be delivered under the TELUS Health brand.

You may already see the updated TELUS Health One app if your device has automatic updates turned on. If automatic updates are not turned on, please ensure you manually update your current LifeWorks app through your app store. Note: You do not need to re-download the app or reregister for TELUS Health One.
