OSSTF conducts an Annual Meeting of the Provincial Assembly (AMPA) with representatives from all of its bargaining units each March. The Provincial Assembly is the supreme legislative body of OSSTF.
District General Meetings are for representatives from each of the three Bargaining Units. District General Meetings happen twice per year.
Council is the monthly legislative meeting of the Bargaining Unit that makes decisions in-between Annual Meetings. Also, Bargaining Unit Executive and members of the Provincial Executive provide updates on outstanding issues, answer questions and address items of concern.
The Toronto Teachers’ Bargaining Unit Executive meets every Tuesday, between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
