All Toronto Teacher members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Celebration Dinner being held at the Don Valley Hotel and Suites on Thursday, May 16, 2024 – an evening of reunion as we come together as a collective from our various work sites across the city to celebrate OSSTF Toronto and our members!
The meeting portion includes the annual report from our President and Treasurer and from a representative of the Provincial OSSTF Executive. It is also at this meeting that motions related to our Constitution and Bylaws are discussed. During dinner, we will celebrate our OSSTF Award Winners and acknowledge our new Branch Presidents. It’s a lovely evening and we hope you will make it a priority to be there!
Please note that registration for the dinner portion of the event is now closed. Any TTBU member may attend and vote at the AGM, but only those who met the dinner registration deadline will be served a meal.
When you arrive at the AGM, in order to obtain your voting credentials, and, if applicable, pick up your dinner tickets, you may be requested to present photo identification. Registration and dinner ticket pick up will be available between 4:00 and 4:45 pm.
In accordance with the TTBU Constitution and Bylaws, to be considered as On Time, a resolution for consideration at the AGM must be submitted to Sara Deluca (sdeluca@osstftoronto.ca) by 4:30 pm on Thursday, April 18, 2024.
