The Annual General Meeting will take place on May 19 at 5 pm at the Toronto Don Valley Hotel & Suites. All STBU members are welcome to attend the meeting. At this meeting, members have the opportunity to amend the constitution.

The deadline for on-time motions to the AGM is April 21 at 4:30 pm. Motions should be submitted to msimeunovich@osstfd12.com by the deadline in order to be considered on-time.
