Hold the date! We look forward to seeing you on May 19, 2022 at the 2022 AGM!
The AGM is a business meeting where reports are made, resolutions are debated and constitutional changes are approved. Any Member may attend and participate in the debates and votes of the meeting. As well, every second year, candidates for election to the TTBU Executive make their election speeches and take questions from the AGM attendees. Elections take place in even numbered years.
In accordance with the TTBU Constitution and Bylaws, to be considered as On Time, a resolution for consideration at the AGM must be received by Michelle LeBlanc (email@example.com) no later than on a date yet to be determined.
The second component of the AGM is the awards dinner and social. Members do not have to register for the meeting but must have registered to attend the dinner.
Registration information will be available as we get closer to the date.
Questions about the AGM business meeting or registration should be directed to the Executive Liaison to the TTBU Constitution and Steering Committee, Rony Masri, (firstname.lastname@example.org). Questions about the AGM awards dinner and social should be directed to Vice-Presidents Michael Platt (email@example.com) or Chris Chandler (firstname.lastname@example.org).
