Update: Due to the continuing uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, and with an abundance of caution, the 2022 AGM will be held as an online meeting to protect the health and safety of all participants.
The AGM is a meeting where reports are made, resolutions are debated and constitutional changes are approved. Any Member may attend and participate in the debates and votes of the meeting. As well, every second year, candidates for election to the TTBU Executive make their election speeches and take questions from the AGM attendees (4:45 pm – 6:30 pm). Elections take place in even numbered years. For more information about the 2022 Executive Election, we have provided a link with important information: Election Commission Committee.
The AGM will commence directly after the election speeches and Q&A, adjorning at 7:45 pm.
In accordance with the TTBU Constitution and Bylaws, to be considered as On Time, a resolution for consideration at the AGM must be received by Michelle LeBlanc at mleblanc@osstftoronto.ca by 4:30 pm on Thursday, April 21, 2022.
