The Annual General meeting will take place on May 21 at 5pm at the Don valley Hotel. All STBU members are welcome to attend the meeting. At this meeting, members have the opportunity to amend the constitution.

The deadline for on-time motions to the AGM is April 23 at 4:30pm. Motions should be submitted to smugford@osstfd12.com by the deadline in order to be considered on-time.
