If you have been called to a meeting with the principal or another representative of the Board, you have a right to know if the matter over which you are meeting is disciplinary or could lead to discipline. If that is the case, you have the right under clause L4.3 of the Collective Agreement to be accompanied by a representative of the Bargaining Unit. You should seek the assistance of your Branch President, or in the case of very serious matters that of your Executive Officer.
