Kids Help Phone is Canada’s only 24/7 e-mental health service offering free, multilingual and confidential support for young people in Canada.

Members are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the services offered by Kids Help Phone and to make the phone number, text number and the link to their website available to students.

    • The Peer-to-Peer Community is a space to connect with other youth and tell your story, provide encouragement or get support (or all of the above!).
