The Finance Committee prepares a draft budget for each Federation year, advises the District and Bargaining Unit Executives, periodically reviews the purposes and practices concerning any and all District funds and report findings of same to the District Executive, reviews detailed authorized expenditures of the spending authorities of the District and prepares a written report to the District Executive and finally, monitors all special District accounts.
