If you are having trouble registering, please take the following steps before contacting us:
1. Ensure you are entering your correct OSSTF Member ID Number (not your TDSB Employee Number). The OSSTF Member ID Number is found on your OSSTF Membership Card, all personal letter correspondence from the Provincial Office to you, or by calling the Provincial Office of OSSTF, 416 751 8300.
2. Ensure you are entering your proper name; first name and last name only (no middle name or initial).
