Last June, parts 1 & 2 of the TTBU AGM were held to deal with Annual Reports as required by the Constitution, and the Executive Election.  At that time we committed to ensuring that a "Part 3" would occur in order to allow for the debate and voting on any proposed Constitution and Bylaw amendments.
