LABOUR DAY 2021 CAVALCADE – RISE UP FOR A JUST RECOVERY

The call to Rise Up for a Just Recovery is growing as we get closer to the Labour Day 2021 celebration. Although the City of Toronto has announced that City-led and permitted events will be closed until after Labour Day due to COVID-19, that won’t stop us from celebrating. Instead, the Toronto & York Region Labour Council is planning to host a cavalcade of cars and bikes on Monday, September 6, 2021, that will move through the streets of downtown Toronto for an inspiring tour of the city to highlight key areas of labour struggle and demand a just recovery for all.
