Injured workers across the province will celebrate, as they do every year on June 1st, Injured Workers Day. This year, for the first time since 1983, June 1st Injured Workers’ Day will not be taking place at Queen’s Park. Likewise, after 15 years staying overnight at the steps of the Legislature, COVID-19 has forced the vigil indoors (online/virtual).

We rally on this day to celebrate the power of injured workers: the gains made through united action, raise current concerns – and remind governments we cannot be ignored.
