The purpose of the Annual General Meeting is to deal with amendments to our District Constitution and Bylaws.
The deadline for submission of on-time motions to amend the OSSTF Toronto Constitution and Bylaws was May 27, 2021 at 4:30 pm. Any motions with an associated cost must be accompanied by a reasonable cost estimate, as per Bylaw 13.3.1. Motions were to be sent to Michelle LeBlanc at mleblanc@osstftoronto.ca.
Update: Registration deadline was Thursday, June 10, 2021 – 4:30 pm
Please note that each Bargaining Unit is allocated a specific number of delegates as per their FTE percentage of the District Membership. As such, registration as a voting delegate is on a first come, first serve basis. Those that have registered after exceeding our allotment of delegates may still attend the meeting as an observer.
