The PC Party is holding a “Women in Politics” event at the posh Albany Club–described on their website as Canada’s premier private club for leaders in business and Conservative political spheres. A number of cabinet ministers will be present, including Laurie Scott, who was the labour minister when the PCs froze the minimum wage and dismantled the gains to labour law that were achieved under the Wynn government. We will meet outside the Albany Club located at 91 King St E at 4:30 PM to let PC insiders know that we will not stand idle while they continue on their path of destruction.
AT 5:40 PM, we will walk around the corner to the Hot House Cafe located at 35 Church St for a business meeting of the committee. Please RSVP to me by noon on Monday, November 18 .
