The Branch President’s workshop will once again be held at the Fern Resort. Please complete the registration form below by October 22 4:30pm. Registration for this event has now closed. 

The meeting will begin on Friday at 9:30 am and end on Saturday at 3:oopm. Accommodations and all meals are included.

If you are the Branch President and you cannot attend, you may designate someone else from your Executive to attend.  If you are a Co-Branch President, you and your Co- will need to decide which of you will attend, or split attendance so one of you registers for Friday and the other should complete the Saturday only registration.

Please note – due to the all-inclusive nature of the Fern Resort, companions and/ or children will be charged the following rates (which includes all meals and use of the facilities):

• Adult – $300.00
• Age 13-17 -$225.00
• Age 4-12 – $150.00
• Age 1-3 -$75.00
• Under 1 – free

If  you will be bringing a guest/ children, please complete the form (attached below) and submit to Michelle LeBlanc (mleblanc@osstftoronto.ca). Costs for guest/ children will be payable directly to the hotel and may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please note – there are no on-site childcare facilities.
