The TTBU is seeking interested Members to participate in anti-harassment officer training and act as anti-harassment officers for District General Meetings (held in October and June) and TTBU Council meetings (held on the third Thursday of each month). The anti-harassment officer acts as an ombudsperson for each meeting and is responsible for responding to any complaints that may arise based on the District and Bargaining Unit anti-harassment policies, and for implementing the resolution and complaints process, if necessary.

We strongly encourage applications from Black, Indigenous and Racialized Members.

If you complete the training you are agreeing that you may be appointed to act as an anti-harassment officer for General Meetings and Bargaining Unit meetings. 

The training will be held remotely. Details about how to access the meeting will be emailed to those who register.
