OSSTF Toronto BIWOC Committee presents a screening of the documentary the Making Of a Judge on April 17. The film tells the story of the honourable justice George E Carter the first Canadian born black judge, as told by his daughter Linda V. Carter. Ms. Carter will be present at the screening and will answer questions and share curriculum materials related to the film.
