DESCRIPTION:OSSTF has been meeting with the Board\, working on updates and changes to the Secondary Staffing Manual (Blue Binder) since November. As you know the work of the Staffing Committee is paramount to the protection of our members during the staffing process. It is imperative that you\, and your Staffing Committee members be fully apprised of the process and are ready to go when it comes time to build your school’s staffing model. We will also be reviewing changes to the Blue Binder for the upcoming staffing year. \nIt is strongly recommended that as many of your OSSTF staffing committee members as possible attend our Blue Binder Update/Staffing Committee Workshop on Monday March 8\, 2021 from 4:30pm – 7:00pm. The meeting will be held remotely via Zoom. A $30.00 meal rebate will be available with a receipt. Details on how to access the rebate will be available at the meeting. \nRegistration will close at 5pm on Friday March 5\, 2021. An email with a link to the meeting will be sent on the morning of March 8\, 2021.
