DESCRIPTION:Back in June 2020\, our District Annual General Meeting (AGM) was postponed due to the pandemic. In order to meet our constitutional obligation before the end of the year\, our District AGM has been scheduled to take place virtually for Thurs. November 12th at 5:45 pm\, following adjournment of the District General Meeting\, which commences at 4:30 pm. Voting during the meeting will use Simply Vote\, an electronic voting platform via the Provincial OSSTF website\, which allows for the process of authenticating voters during a virtual meeting. Due to the advance preparation for online voting\, registration is required. \nRegister here to attend both the District General Meeting and District AGM. \nNew registration deadline: Monday\, November 9th at 4:30 pm.  \nPlease note that each Bargaining Unit is allocated a specific number of delegates as per their FTE percentage of the District Membership. As such\, registration as a voting delegate is on a first come\, first serve basis. Those that have registered after exceeding our allotment of delegates may still attend the meeting as an observer. \nOn the morning of the meeting\, we will send you an email with the meeting link and sign-in information. \nThe deadline for submission of on-time motions to amend the OSSTF Toronto Constitution and Bylaws was October 23\, 2020 at 4:30 pm.
